RFQ 645810: Legal Advertising Services

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified publication specializing in publishing legal notices in General Circulation Newspapers in Loudoun County and meeting the minimum qualifications as outlined in Section 4.0 of this IFB. The services of one (1) General Circulation Newspaper will be utilized by various County Departments for periodic advertisement of legal notices (i.e., Public Hearing Notices, Notice of Special Elections, Real Estate Notices, Grant Application Notices, etc.), which are required by law to be advertised to the public.The County intends to award a one (1) year contract with up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods for a maximum five (5) year contract.
