Background

Period of Performance
The base contract period is one year from the contract award date, with the possibility of renewal for four successive one-year periods under the terms and conditions of the original contract. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received in response to this request.

Place of Performance
The services are to be performed at locations specified by Prince William County.
