RFP No. RFQ N1157: Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) Software Solution

Background
Arlington County is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide a fully functional Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system. The goal of this contract is to service, maintain, and value all real property parcels within Arlington County.

The Contractor will also be responsible for migrating existing property records and historical data from the County's current applications into the new CAMA software system. This includes ensuring real-time data storage for analysis, reporting, and value corrections for prior years.

Work Details
The Contractor must provide the following services: software acquisition, implementation, training, data migration, integration, and ongoing support.

The CAMA system must be capable of servicing all real property parcels in Arlington County and include features for maintaining and valuing these properties effectively and efficiently.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on March 20, 2025, with specific timelines for each phase of the project to be determined during the negotiation process.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within Arlington County.
