Background
The Bristol Virginia School Board is seeking proposals from qualified providers for contractual services for Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services. This initiative aims to support students with disabilities in their educational journey by providing necessary therapeutic services as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

The Board reserves the right to award contracts in part or in whole based on the proposals received.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech Therapy services to students across four schools. Specifics include:
- OT services for approximately 150 students, with direct therapy sessions averaging 30–40 minutes, one to two times per week, as per IEP guidelines.
- PT services for approximately 70 students, with similar session lengths and frequency as OT.
- Speech Therapy for approximately 250 students, also following the same session structure.

All services must align with each student's IEP, and no new therapy will be added without proper evaluation and approval from the IEP committee. The contractor is responsible for providing progress reports to parents and the Director of Special Education, ensuring that missed sessions are rescheduled, and submitting monthly billing statements detailing services provided.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence upon approval by the Board and continue for one year, with options for four successive annual renewals at the Board's discretion.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various schools within Bristol, Virginia.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be DSBSD-certified micro businesses or small businesses to qualify for set-aside awards. They must also provide proof of being an approved Virginia Medicaid provider and submit documentation of qualifications, including licenses and certifications applicable to the services offered.
