Description

HRSD is seeking qualified Offerors to furnish, implement, and maintain an Employee Rewards and Recognition program platform solution for use by the Human Resources Division. All shall be in accordance with the Statement of Needs, Requirements, Attachments, Terms and Conditions contained in this Solicitation. Go Live and Support contract will have an estimated start date of March 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026, with four (4) successive renewal options through February 28, 2030.*NOTE: Do not respond through eVA. HRSD only accepts responses submitted online through HRSD s Online Oracle ERP system. Background
The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) is seeking qualified Offerors to furnish, implement, and maintain an Employee Rewards and Recognition program platform solution for use by the Human Resources Division.

The goal of this contract is to enhance employee engagement and recognition within the organization.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide a comprehensive Employee Rewards and Recognition program platform that includes the following services:
- Implementation of the platform
- Ongoing maintenance
- Support services
- Necessary training for HR staff.

The solution must comply with the Statement of Needs, Requirements, Attachments, Terms and Conditions outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to start on March 1, 2025, and will run through February 28, 2026.

There are four (4) successive renewal options available that can extend the contract through February 28, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at HRSD's facilities in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
