RFP 3100000640 Consulting Services for External Evaluation of the Magnet Schools Assistance Program

Background
The Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is issuing this informal Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit unsealed proposals for a third-party external evaluation of the Magnet Schools Assistance Program (MSAP) Grant.

The goal of this contract is to assess the effectiveness and impact of the MSAP, which aims to improve educational opportunities in magnet schools.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive evaluation services for the Magnet Schools Assistance Program. This includes designing and implementing evaluation methodologies, collecting and analyzing data, and providing detailed reports on the findings.

The contractor will be expected to engage with stakeholders, including school staff and community members, to gather qualitative data. Additionally, the contractor must ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations regarding educational evaluations.
