Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority ( VCSFA or Virginia Spaceport Authority or VSA ) is soliciting proposals from qualified planning, engineering, and architecture firms to deliver a comprehensive Master Plan for two (2) newly acquired sites at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS). This plan will guide the growth, land use, and infrastructure development necessary to support commercial and national security space missions over the next 20+ years.
