Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia, specifically Henrico County, is seeking proposals for Digital Content Solutions aimed at enhancing K-12 education.
The Henrico County Public Schools (HCPS) serves approximately 48,457 students across 74 schools and program centers.
The goal of this RFP is to obtain services from qualified firms to provide research-based digital tools that support high-quality learning experiences aligned with the K-12 curriculum.

Work Details
The selected firm(s) will provide digital content solutions that include:
1. Cloud-based capabilities for instructional design, allowing educators and students to access, create, modify, and share instructional content.
2. Assessment functions that encourage student engagement and understanding.
3. Customization options to meet specific learning objectives.
4. 24/7 accessibility of resources for teachers and students across all program centers without additional costs.
5. Compatibility with current web browsers (Edge, Safari, Chrome) and mobile technology (iOS, Chromebooks, Android).
6. Compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act requirements for accessibility.
7. Integration capabilities with existing systems such as PowerSchool and Clever for seamless data exchange.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2025, following the award in May 2025 after the proposal submission deadline on February 14, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within Henrico County Public Schools in Virginia.
