RFP 2000004198, IT Staff Augmentation

Background
The Fairfax County Government (FCG) is seeking proposals for Information Technology (IT) Staff Augmentation services to support its operations and those of the Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS). This RFP aims to establish one or more Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that allow for flexible procurement of IT staff on an as-needed basis. The contracts will enable FCG and FCPS to address evolving IT requirements without guaranteeing work upon award.

Work Details
The IDIQ contracts will cover the following IT Staff Augmentation labor categories:
1. Infrastructure Technical Support
2. Application Development Support
3. Cyber Security Support
4. Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Mapping Technical Support
5. Unified Communications Support
6. Radio and Wireless Communications
7. Service Desk/NOC Support.

Offerors must provide resumes or bios of existing staff in each working title for the labor categories they are proposing, demonstrating relevant experience and certifications.

Period of Performance
The contract period shall be five (5) years, with the possibility of renewal for up to an additional five (5) years, one year at a time, as mutually agreed upon.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at the Fairfax County Government Center complex located at 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035, but may also include remote work as needed.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must have been in business for a minimum of five (5) years and meet specific qualifications including providing signed attachments verifying compliance with federal funding requirements. They must also have existing staff in each working title proposed. Additionally, Offerors must submit a completed Minimum Pre-Qualifications Checklist Sheet and demonstrate experience in delivering IT services to government entities.
