Background
The Blacksburg Transit is seeking a Digital Asset Management (DAM) System to enhance its operational efficiency and asset management capabilities.
The goal of this contract is to implement a cloud-based solution that allows for effective storage, retrieval, and management of digital assets, supporting the agency's mission to provide reliable transit services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a Digital Asset Management System with the following required features:
- Cloud-Based functionality
- Assets that are queryable based on metadata
- Scalable storage space with a minimum of 3 Terabytes
- Support for multiple core users (minimum of 5 users) and guest users (minimum of 50 users)
- Initial training and ongoing training and tech support
- Accessibility via mobile device platform (app)
- Seamless integration with social media platforms
- One-year contract with optional renewal for three additional one-year terms
- Asset expiration and user access control, including explanation of user levels and associated costs
- Version control capabilities
- Galleries/Branded public portals
- Integration with tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Clipchamp, and Adobe
- Additional features may include analytics, asset editing within the system, watermarking assets, etc.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one year with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms.
