Request for Quotes for CUES CCTV Camera Repair

Background
The Western Virginia Water Authority is seeking quotes for the repair of their CUES CCTV camera equipment. The goal of this contract is to ensure the functionality and reliability of the camera systems used for monitoring and operational purposes.

Work Details
The contractor will provide repair services for CUES CCTV camera equipment, which includes:

1. Replacement parts must be genuine CUES parts to ensure compatibility.
2. The vendor must be a certified CUES repair technician.
3. Repairs are needed due to a motor drawing high amps and both side plate assemblies locking up, potentially caused by an inoperable motor and filter board, worn left and right covers and plates, both chains, and all drive sprockets causing plates to lock up.
4. Additionally, the clutch drive shaft is worn, along with both side plate tensioner assembly and thrust bearing.
5. Preventative maintenance items include replacing all o-rings, seals, and spacers associated with the repair. All quotes must include parts, labor, and shipping costs.

Period of Performance
Quotes are due by 5 PM on April 11, 2025.

Place of Performance
Repairs will be conducted at the location specified by the Western Virginia Water Authority.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be certified CUES repair technicians.
