Background
Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) is seeking a qualified firm to furnish, deliver, and install office and classroom furniture as part of its mission to provide quality education and facilities for its students.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the learning environment through the provision of necessary furniture.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following products and services:
1. Furnishing, delivering, and installing various types of office and classroom furniture including:
- 20 KI™ Ruckus Tables (36x36, laminate surface, frosty white)
- 4 Drafting Steals™ (37.5” x 10 Yds gray/white vinyl board cover roll)
- 20 Olympia Tools™ Pack-N Roll Folding Carts (150LB capacity)
- 4 SAFCO™ tabletops (47 ½” x 35 ½”, vendor to drill and screw into existing frames)
- 9 One Pointe Solutions™ ESD Workbenches (72”Wx36”Dx36H, butcher block top)
- Additional items including shop stools, adjustable height desks, L-shaped desks with storage, office partition panels, and installation services.
2. The contractor must ensure proper off-loading of materials at the delivery site located at NVCC's Annandale campus.
3. The vendor is responsible for disposal of all trash generated during installation.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract is from the award date until May 30, 2025.
All deliveries and installations are to be completed by this date.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Northern Virginia Community College located at 8333 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, Virginia 22003.
