Background
The Department of Forensic Science (DFS) is seeking bids for the purchase of a reconditioned Siemens SBS-2000 circuit breaker. Work Details
The contract requires the provision of one (1) reconditioned Siemens SBS-2000 circuit breaker. This item must be brand specific with no equal substitutes allowed. Pricing must include all freight and delivery costs, with terms specified as FOB Destination Freight Included.

Bidders are also required to provide an estimated delivery date upon submission of their bid.

Period of Performance
Delivery of the circuit breaker is expected within 30 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).

Place of Performance
The delivery location will be determined by the Department of Forensic Science.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the eVA system to submit an electronic bid. The award will favor DSBSD-certified micro businesses for bids up to $10,000 and small businesses for bids up to $100,000.
