(Re-Issue) Medical Equipment for Northern Virginia Community College

Background
This solicitation is being conducted by the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) Shared Services Center, on behalf of Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) to furnish, deliver, and set-up multiple pieces of medical equipment to be delivered to their Medical Education Campus. Virginia’s Community Colleges were created in 1966 to address Virginia’s unmet needs in higher education and workforce training. The newest Strategic Plan, Complete 2021, contains a single goal: to triple the credentials students earn in academic and workforce areas.

Work Details
The scope of work includes furnishing, delivering, and setting up multiple pieces of medical equipment to be delivered to NVCC's Medical Education Campus. The items must be new and match the brand names listed within this solicitation. The contractor shall also provide damage repair service as needed to the College as listed in the solicitation.
The IFB will be awarded on a per lot basis and may result in multiple awards based on availability. The specific products and services required are detailed in Lots 1-8, including specific equipment, quantities, and delivery requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract term for the delivery of equipment is within ninety (90) days after receipt of order (ARO). The repair service contract term is one (1) year with four (4) optional renewals.

Place of Performance
The contract requires delivery of equipment to NVCC's Medical Education Campus at 6699 Springfield Center Drive, Springfield, VA 22150.
Repair services will be performed on college property.
