Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to achieve Substantial Completion within 548 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
Final Completion must occur within 60 consecutive calendar days following Substantial Completion.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a Bid Bond of at least 5% of the total bid amount if it exceeds $500,000.00.
