B) Act as an agent for the property owner to contact PWCSA and complete applications for extending a public water line to the easement edge at 6670 Fayette St., including payment of a $5,210 tap/connection fee.
C) Install a water line from the house foundation to the PWCSA meter/tap after PWCSA completes its installation. The line will be approximately 40-100 feet long and must adhere to plumbing codes requiring air gaps or vacuum breakers.
D) Follow erosion and sediment control regulations during construction, stabilize and grade the site post-construction, and manage construction runoff effectively.
E) Abandon existing private drinking water supply/well in accordance with local health department regulations after ensuring public water connection approval. This includes disinfecting the well and submitting necessary reports.
F) Provide project start and end dates two weeks prior to installation or within four weeks after issuance of purchase order; notify VDH of subcontractors within specified timeframes; submit change orders in writing; request extensions if needed; comply with licensing requirements from DPOR for both water connection and well abandonment.
Period of Performance
The estimated project start date must be provided two weeks prior to installation or within four weeks after issuance of purchase order.
Completion dates will also be communicated accordingly.
