Public Safety System Software Project

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified contractors for the implementation and subsequent support for public safety software (collectively Public Safety Software or System ). The Public Safety Software will include a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System with a complementary Mobile product, as well as a Law Enforcement Records Management System (RMS), Jail Management System (JMS) and associated interfaces. The Public Safety Software will be used by multiple law enforcement and fire agencies throughout the County.
