Background
The Town of Woodstock is seeking quotes for the purchase of a pre-owned SUV or crossover vehicle as part of their current fiscal year budget.
The goal is to select a vendor and vehicle within 7 days of the quote submission deadline.
Payment will be made by check upon vehicle pickup or delivery, with a not-to-exceed budget of $30,000 for this procurement.

Work Details
Quotes must meet the following specifications:
- Model year 2023 or newer
- Any make
- Mileage not to exceed 30,000 miles
- All-wheeled drive preferred
- Fuel type gas or hybrid
- Neutral exterior color preferred (e.g., silver, gray, white)
- At least 5-passenger seating and adequate cargo capacity
- Single owner preferred
- Clean title required and non-smoker interior
- Must have valid Virginia state inspection sticker
- Remaining factory warranty or a minimum 90-day dealer warranty required.

Submitted quotes must include:
- Photographs of all four sides of the vehicle exterior and interior
- An itemized total vehicle price inclusive of any fees and charges
- Vehicle availability, current location, and number of days the selected vehicle will be held pending payment
- Delivery cost if located more than 60 road miles from Woodstock (vehicles within 60 miles will be picked up by town staff)

- Dealership contact information
- CarFax or AutoCheck report of vehicle history.
