Background
The Piedmont Hall Housing & Landscape Re-Design - REBID project is initiated by George Mason University, located on the Mason Fairfax, Virginia Campus.

Work Details
The contract involves construction services focused on landscaping and exterior site improvements outside the Piedmont Hall dormitory complex.
The contractor is responsible for all labor, equipment, supervision, and materials necessary to complete the project as per the provided plans and specifications dated November 19, 2024.
Work must be executed during designated hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday) unless prior approval is obtained from Mason's Project Manager for any work outside these hours.
Site visits are mandatory prior to bidding to assess local conditions affecting the project.

Period of Performance
The construction start date is scheduled for March 24, 2025, with a substantial completion date set for May 23, 2025.
Final completion is expected within thirty (30) calendar days following substantial completion.
