Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Consulting Services

Background
The Fairfax County Government is seeking proposals for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Consulting Services to support the Northern Virginia Regional Projects Office (NRVPO). This initiative aims to enhance the provision of PSH services within the county, involving various agencies engaged in PSH initiatives. The goal of this contract is to establish a qualified offeror(s) through competitive negotiation to provide consulting services that align with the county's mission to improve housing stability and support for vulnerable populations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide consulting services related to Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), which may include but are not limited to: program development, implementation strategies, evaluation of existing PSH programs, training for staff involved in PSH initiatives, and assistance in securing funding opportunities.

The contractor is expected to deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations based on best practices in the field of supportive housing.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will be for three (3) years, with the possibility of extension based on performance, program needs, and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within Fairfax County, Virginia, specifically supporting the Northern Virginia Regional Projects Office.
