Perform HVAC Air Duct Cleaning at State Farm Correctional Center

The Virginia Department of Corrections is seeking a DSBSD-certified vendor to clean all the HVAC systems in buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and Training school at the State Farm Correctional Center located at 3600 Woods Way, State Farm, VA., 23160.A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at State Farm Correctional Center located at 3600 Woods Way, State Farm, VA., 23160.The purpose of this conference is to allow potential Bidders an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications/scope of work and requirements of this solicitation, attendance at this conference will be MANDATORY if submitting a bid. All bidders must confirm their attendance to the conference by submitting a valid copy of their Driver s License or ID (front and back) along with ATTACHMENT B on page 19 of this quick quote to Joyce.Lehman@vadoc.virginia.gov and cc tony.faulkner@vadoc.virginia.gov before November 22, 2024 @ 12:00pm. Please come to the front gate and let the facility know you are there for the pre-bid conference. Attendance at the conference will be evidenced by the representative s signature on the attendance roster. No one will be admitted into the conference after 10:15 a.m. Bids will only be accepted from those bidders who are represented at this pre-bid conference.
