ORF Fuel Facility Upgrades

Background
The Norfolk Airport Authority is issuing this Invitation for Bids for the FY 24 Fuel Facility Upgrades project at Norfolk International Airport. The project aims to perform necessary repairs and upgrades to the existing fuel facility, ensuring it meets operational standards and safety regulations.

Work Details
The project consists of various upgrades and repairs at the existing Fuel Facility. Specific tasks include:
- Upgrading fuel storage tanks
- Replacing outdated piping systems
- Installing new fuel dispensing equipment
- Enhancing safety features and compliance measures as outlined in Section 01 10 00 Summary of the bidding documents.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to commence upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed from the Airport. It must be substantially completed within 336 calendar days, with final completion required within 14 days after substantial completion.

The contract will be performed at the Norfolk International Airport, located at 2200 Norview Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia 23518.
