On-site ITIL 4 Training Services

Background
The Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) is seeking to establish a contract for on-site ITIL 4 Training and Certification Services. The goal of this contract is to provide qualified training sessions that enhance the skills of VITA personnel in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices, specifically the ITIL 4 Foundation level.

Work Details
The contractor shall conduct two separate ITIL 4 Foundation training sessions, each lasting two and a half (2.5) consecutive days, at VITA Headquarters located at 7325 Beaufont Springs Drive, Richmond, VA 23225. The contractor must provide:

1. Instructor-led and in-person training sessions.
2. Axelos’ Certification Exam Vouchers for each participant.
3. A class agenda prior to the training dates.
4. A list of at least three references where similar services have been provided.
5. Training materials at least three business days before the course start date.
6. Information regarding exam retake processes.
7. The ability to respond with availability for subsequent training dates within three business days of request.
8. All training materials must be compatible with VITA's systems, with digital courseware sent to the designated VITA contact for loading onto computers prior to class commencement.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a period of performance of one year from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at VITA Headquarters located at 7325 Beaufont Springs Drive, Richmond, VA 23225.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide evidence of qualifications that meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation, including:

1. Registration in eVA (the Commonwealth's electronic procurement system).
2. Compliance with insurance requirements including Workers’ Compensation and General Liability coverage.
3. A commitment to maintain a drug-free workplace and adhere to anti-discrimination laws during contract performance.
