Work Details

1. Cleaning floors (tile and carpet) to remove dust, spills, and dirt;
2. Maintaining vertical surfaces free from marks and smudges;
3. Ensuring ceilings are free of dust;
4. Cleaning restroom facilities including sinks, toilets, and urinals;
5. Restocking paper towels, toilet tissue, and soap in restrooms;
6. Cleaning chairs thoroughly;
7. Removing trash from receptacles and replacing liners;
8. Maintaining exterior cleanliness by emptying trash receptacles twice a week and sweeping walkways;
9. Using non-damaging cleaning products and equipment;
10. Completing a weekly checklist of tasks performed to be submitted to the Contract Administrator.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence from the date of award through August 15, 2025, with an option for four additional one-year renewals.
