Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Department of Corrections, is seeking to procure new Norix chairs for the St. Brides Correctional Center located in Chesapeake, VA.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the facility's furniture offerings with durable and suitable seating options for an institutional environment.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide 400 Norix Chairs Model C110 or equivalent.
The chairs must have the following specifications:
- Multi-use stackable armless design
- Constructed as one piece without steel or wood components
- Made from high impact grade copolymer polypropylene with FRPP5 fire retardant
- Good chemical resistance
- Color options are lagoon/blue or similar.
Pricing must be FOB Destination; any bid with freight charges added will be deemed unresponsive.
If bidding an equivalent product, necessary literature for evaluation must be provided.

Period of Performance
The delivery of goods is expected within 60 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at St. Brides Correctional Center, 701 Sanderson Road, Chesapeake, VA 23322.
