Background
Arlington County, Virginia, through its Transportation Resources for Arlington County (TRAC) Bureau, is seeking proposals for the operation and administration of its Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Programs. The TRAC Bureau's mission is to educate and empower travelers in Arlington by providing information on sustainable travel options. The County aims to enhance its TDM efforts through qualified contractors who can implement innovative strategies and technologies to improve program effectiveness.

Work Details
The contractor will manage and operate four specific TDM Programs:

1) Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP), which involves outreach to businesses and residential communities;

2) TDM for Site Plans, ensuring compliance with TDM conditions in site plans;

3) TDM Research, focusing on performance metrics and impact reports; and

4) Active Transportation Promotion (BikeArlington and WalkArlington), promoting biking and walking.

Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, conducting outreach campaigns, managing data collection and reporting, coordinating with various County departments, providing training resources, organizing events, and maintaining comprehensive records across all programs.

Period of Performance
