Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking to procure Motorola RAVE wearable panic buttons to enhance safety and emergency response capabilities.
The goal of this contract is to provide state agencies with reliable panic button systems that can be utilized in various emergency situations, thereby supporting the agency's mission to ensure public safety.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following products and services:
1. Panic buttons: Supply of Motorola RAVE wearable panic buttons.
2. Hardware: All necessary hardware components required for the operation of the panic buttons.
3. Software: Installation and configuration of software systems that integrate with the panic buttons for effective communication and response.
4. Installation: Complete installation of the panic button systems at designated locations as specified by the agency.
5. Configuration: Custom configuration of the system settings to meet specific operational requirements of the agency.
6. Training: Comprehensive training sessions for staff on how to effectively use the panic buttons and associated software.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months from the date of award, with an option for renewal based on performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various state agency locations throughout Virginia as designated by the contracting agency.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be DSBSD-certified small businesses or micro businesses to qualify for this contract, ensuring compliance with state regulations regarding small business participation in government contracts.
