Managed Cloud for ArcGIS Enterprise

Background
The Loudoun County Sanitation Authority, doing business as Loudoun Water, is seeking qualified service providers to submit sealed proposals for a project aimed at enhancing their Geographic Information System (GIS) capabilities.

The contract will be governed by the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). The primary goal is to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for cloud hosting and managed services for Loudoun Water's ArcGIS Enterprise environment.

Work Details
The contract includes providing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) cloud hosting, managed services, and optional consulting and implementation services specifically for Loudoun Water’s ArcGIS Enterprise environment.

Key components of the GIS environment include:
1. ArcGIS Enterprise;
2. Azure SQL-based enterprise geodatabases;
3. ArcGIS-integrated web applications;
4. ArcGIS-integrated field applications used across various business operations.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the completion of the required services as outlined in the proposal.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at Loudoun Water’s facilities located in Ashburn, Virginia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all requirements set forth in the solicitation documents, including any necessary certifications or registrations related to the Virginia Public Procurement Act.

Unauthorized contact with other Loudoun Water staff regarding the RFP may result in disqualification.
