Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Department of Transportation (VDOT), is issuing a contract for culvert rehabilitation under Order No. M10 and Contract ID No. C0000124369N01.
The project aims to improve infrastructure by rehabilitating various culverts in Bland and Grayson counties within the Bristol district.

The contract includes the following key work items:
1. Pipe Rehabilitation Method B for Category C, Arch 48" Height x 78" Wide (90 LF)
2. Pipe Rehabilitation Method B for Category C, Round 54" Height x 54" Wide (66 LF)
3. Dewatering Basin EC-8 (4 EA)
4. Temporary Silt Fence Type A (800 LF)
5. Aggregate Material No. 21B (40 TON)
6. Cofferdam (8 EA)
7. Dry Riprap Class I 26" (80 TON)
8. Temporary Signage (156 SF)
9. Channelizing Devices Group 2 (720 DAY)
10. Flagger Service (1,200 HR)
11. Portable Temporary Rumble Strip Array (120 DAY)
12. Mobilization (Lump Sum)
13. Remove Existing 1 Post Sign Structure (8 EA).

Period of Performance
The contract work is scheduled to commence upon award and must be completed by June 18, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will take place at various locations in Bland and Grayson counties, Virginia.
