Limited Repairs to 9th and Franklin Parking Deck P-21 PC: 194-B5194-006

Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Department of General Services, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB# 91709) for limited repairs to the 9th and Franklin Parking Deck.
The goal of this contract is to perform masonry and concrete repairs to ensure the structural integrity and safety of the parking deck.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for masonry and concrete repairs at the 9th and Franklin Parking Deck.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to: assessing existing conditions, executing necessary repairs in compliance with applicable codes, ensuring all work meets the standards set forth by the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, and providing all required documentation such as as-built drawings and warranties upon project completion.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and is expected to achieve Substantial Completion by a specified Contract Completion Date.
Final Completion is required within thirty (30) days thereafter.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the 9th and Franklin Parking Deck located in Richmond, Virginia.

Bidder Requirements
Only vendors who were pre-qualified under Request for Qualifications RFPQ# 86695 are eligible to bid on this project.
The pre-qualified vendors include Atlantic Restoration & Waterproofing Inc., Contracting Specialists DC LLC, Eastern Waterproofing & Restoration of Virginia, Keystone Waterproofing & Restoration, Richmond Primoid Inc., SRC Inc., and Structural Preservation Systems LLC.
