Leadership Development Program (LDP) Facilitation Services

Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources (DWR) is seeking proposals for a Leadership Development Program (LDP) Facilitation Services. The program aims to enhance leadership skills among agency staff, ensuring that future leadership is equipped to handle the challenges faced by the agency. DWR has previously executed LDP cohorts and aims to continue this initiative with tailored training opportunities for its employees.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive facilitation services for the LDP, including:

1. Course development and delivery tailored to DWR's needs.
2. Organizational development training and coaching services.
3. Full and half-day classes as specified in the pricing schedule.
4. All necessary training materials, including course design, instructors, and delivery methods.
5. Optional coaching sessions for individuals.
6. Venue management and catering options may also be included.
7. The contractor must ensure effective completion of all services, including scoping meetings, preparation of course materials, tracking attendance, and providing support for participant inquiries.

Period of Performance
The contract period is anticipated to begin on May 1, 2025, lasting for one year with two additional one-year renewal options. LDP sessions are expected to occur approximately every 18 months.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the DWR Headquarters.
