ITB No. 24-2751-9JOK - Tuckahoe Creek Trunk Sewer - Phase II

Background
The contract is issued by the County of Henrico, Virginia, through its Department of Finance.

The project aims to enhance the sanitary sewer infrastructure as part of the Tuckahoe Creek Trunk Sewer – Phase II initiative. This project is federally funded through the American Rescue Plan Act Fund (ARPA Fund). The successful bidder will be required to provide necessary information for federal reporting requirements.

Work Details
The work includes:
- Providing approximately 4,280 linear feet of 12- and 16-inch sanitary sewer main from Stonehurst Estates Terrace to Kain Road;
- Installation of approximately 24 manholes and 16 sanitary sewer laterals;
- Abandonment of approximately 510 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch sanitary sewer main, four manholes, and approximately 1,500 linear feet of 3-inch sanitary sewer force main;
- Site and pavement restoration;
- All other work as required by the Contract Documents to ensure a complete system.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the bid documents.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the performance of this contract is primarily along the route from Stonehurst Estates Terrace to Kain Road in Henrico County, Virginia.
