ITB - 39FY24 New Arlington Career Center Construction Project

Background
The Arlington County School Board, operating as Arlington Public Schools (APS), is inviting bids for the New Arlington Career Center Construction Project. Only prequalified General Contractors are allowed to submit bids for the project. The project involves the construction of a new five-story Arlington Career Center building, partial demolition of the existing building, construction of a new four-story parking garage, removal of relocatable classrooms, construction of a synthetic turf playfield, and associated sitework on-site and streetscape work surrounding the site.

The project also includes work for the Arlington County Complete Streets Project, providing infrastructure and multimodal transportation improvements to S. Walter Reed Drive from 5th Street South to Columbia Pike.
