Background
The Woodman DPW Phase 2 Improvements project is issued by the County of Henrico, Virginia, under the Department of Finance.

Work Details

Exterior work includes:
- Installation of three new windows.
- Installation of one new exterior door.
- Construction of a new sidewalk.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed in two phases: Phase I must be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
This will be followed by a 30-day transition period before commencing Phase II, which also has a completion timeframe of 120 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at 10431 Woodman Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
