Background

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide Information Technology Services, which include:
- Software Support: Troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and updates for agency-approved applications.
- Hardware Support: Diagnosis and repair coordination for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Assistance with connectivity, user account issues, email, and other technology-related problems.
- Remote & Onsite Support: Ability to resolve issues via remote tools and provide onsite support when necessary.
- Ticketing System: All requests must be logged through a centralized ticketing system.
- Network Monitoring: 24/7/365 monitoring services.
