3. Manhole rehabilitation and replacement;
4. Meter repair and replacement;
5. Interceptor system improvements;
6. Asset condition assessment for sanitary sewer or stormwater infrastructure;
7. System operation and maintenance improvements;
8. Sanitary sewer and storm sewer cleaning and inspection;
9. Bypass pumping systems;
10. Trenchless and open-cut sewer rehabilitation;
11. Stream restoration and miscellaneous site improvements related to sanitary sewer or stormwater construction or maintenance.
Period of Performance
The contract duration is one year from the Notice to Proceed, with an option for Fairfax County to extend it for three additional one-year terms.
Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations throughout Fairfax County, Virginia.
Bidder Requirements
Only firms that have been pre-qualified according to the procedures outlined in the Pre-qualification Application will be eligible to submit task order proposals or bids for these projects. Applicants must demonstrate at least ten years of experience as a full-time construction contractor holding or eligible to hold a Virginia Class A contracting license, provide details of similar projects completed in the past seven years, and meet safety resolution requirements set by Fairfax County.
