IFB EN-2025-04 Townwide Concrete

Background
The Town of Purcellville, Virginia, is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Town Wide Concrete Contract (IFB #EN-2025-04). The purpose of this contract is to rehabilitate, replace, and/or install concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, aprons, and storm structures on an as-needed basis as determined by the Town. This initiative aligns with the Town's commitment to maintaining and improving public infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary manpower, equipment, materials, supervision, and other resources required for the rehabilitation, replacement, and/or installation of:
- Concrete curb
- Gutter
- Sidewalk
- Aprons
- Storm structures.

All work must comply with the Town of Purcellville Facility Standards Manual and various Virginia Department of Transportation specifications. The contract will be a unit price contract based on estimated quantities provided in the bid form. Specific items include:
1. Mobilization (10 EA)
2. VDOT Aggregate Base Material Type 1 (#21A/21B) (30 TON)
3. Standard and Radial VDOT CG-2 (100 LF)
4. Standard and Radial VDOT CG-3 (50 LF)
5. Standard and Radial VDOT CG-6 (300 LF)
6. Standard and Radial VDOT CG-7 (50 LF)
7. Concrete Entrance VDOT CG-9 (75 SY)
8. Detectable Warning Surface VDOT CG-12 (5 SY)
9. Concrete Sidewalk 4" (150 SY)
10. Miscellaneous Concrete Class A3 (10 CY)
11. Miscellaneous Concrete Class A4 (10 CY)
12. Reinforcing Steel (100 LB)
13. Welded Wire Fabric (200 LB)
14. Utility Adjustment - Valve Box (2 EA)
15. Utility Adjustment - Manhole Lid (2 EA).

Period of Performance
The contract will cover a one-year period from the date of award, with options for up to four additional one-year renewals upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in various locations within the Town of Purcellville, Virginia.
