IFB - 260011258 - Revenue SCADA Meters Upgrade

The City of Richmond, Virginia (the City), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (DPU), seeks bids from qualified firms for general construction services related to the replacement of wholeseale water revenue meter systems (the Project). The Project will entail replacing certain distributed process controller (DPC) systems with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) in new or existing control cabinets (the Work). The Work will also include replacement of the associated Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and controls system hardware and providing programming/configuration modifications to support the replacement of the wholesale water revenue meter SCADA systems.
