Description

The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a contract with a qualified supplier to furnish wetland mitigation credits in the Middle James Watershed (HUC 02080205) to the County of Henrico, Virginia (the County ) Department of Public Works in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications.
Background
The County of Henrico, Virginia, Department of Public Works is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB No. 25-2827-4JEC) to establish a contract with a qualified supplier for the provision of wetland mitigation credits in the Middle James Watershed (HUC 02080205).
The goal is to support multiple projects undertaken by the Department of Public Works, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and enhancing local ecosystems.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide wetland mitigation credits for the following projects:
1. Three Chopt Road Improvements Project – 0.67 Wetland Credits
2. Liesfeld Farm Drive Extension Project – 1.07 Wetland Credits
3. Henrico to Goochland County Line Road Extension Project – 0.04 Wetland Credits.
The contractor must invoice the Department of Public Works for all contracted wetland credits within fourteen calendar days after receiving a purchase order.
Additionally, a Bill of Sale must be provided within seven calendar days after payment receipt.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed upon award and is expected to continue until all specified wetland credits are provided, with invoicing and billing timelines clearly defined.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in the Middle James Watershed (HUC 02080205), specifically related to Henrico County projects.
