IFB 25-22-SD Thornburg Elevated Water Storage Tank

Background
The County of Spotsylvania is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) 25-22-SD for the construction of the Thornburg Elevated Water Storage Tank. Bidders must possess appropriate licensing as per Virginia state law: Class A Contractor license for bids over $120,000; Class B for bids between $7,500 and $120,000; Class C for bids between $1,000 and $7,500.

Bidders must also provide evidence of their ability to perform at least a specified percentage of work with their own forces. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the contract sum and a Labor and Material Payment Bond also equal to 100% of the contract sum.
