IFB 24106 St. Clair Brooks Park Skatepark Construction

Background
The contract is between The Board of Supervisors, Stafford County, Virginia (referred to as the 'County' or 'Owner') and the Contractor for the construction of St. Clair Brooks Park Skatepark.

The Contractor will provide construction services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, labor, professional and non-professional services necessary to perform and complete the Work as required by the Contract Documents.

This includes providing all related facilities described in the Contract Documents and additional work reasonably inferred from them.

The Work encompasses structures to be built and labor to be performed for the skatepark construction project.

Period of Performance
The Contractor shall commence work promptly upon the date established in the Notice to Proceed.

Time is of the essence, with Substantial Completion required within 170 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date.

Final Completion must be achieved within 200 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date.

Liquidated damages will be incurred for delays beyond these timeframes.

Place of Performance
The construction project will take place at St. Clair Brooks Park located at 80 Butler Road, Falmouth, Virginia 22405.
