Background
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting bids for the provision and delivery of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, couplings, and metal flared end sections.

This contract aims to support various infrastructure projects within Augusta, Page, and Rockingham Counties in the Harrisonburg Residency of the Staunton District. The goal is to ensure timely availability of these materials as needed during the contract period.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish and deliver various sizes of HDPE pipe, couplings, and metal flared end sections according to the specifications outlined in this solicitation.

All materials must conform to AASHTO M294-4 Type S section 101 and 232 of VDOT's Road and Bridge Specifications dated 2020 or latest edition. The contractor must also participate in VDOT's Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program (QA/QC).

Additionally, lifting hooks must be provided for pipes that are 36 inches or above. The minimum order value is set at $1,500 for FOB delivery to either a VDOT lot location or a job site. Emergency orders may incur additional delivery charges if required within ten calendar days.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from February 27, 2025, through February 26, 2026, with options for renewal.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in Augusta, Page, and Rockingham Counties within the Harrisonburg Residency.
