HVAC Replacement for Evergreen and OB Gates

Background
Chesterfield County is seeking bids for the HVAC Replacement project at Evergreen and O.B. Gates Elementary Schools. The goal of this contract is to upgrade the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to improve efficiency and comfort in these educational facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete replacement of HVAC systems at both Evergreen Elementary School and O.B. Gates Elementary School. This includes all necessary equipment, installation, and any associated work as specified in the attached documents.

- Evergreen Elementary School located at 1701 Evergreen E Pkwy, Midlothian, VA 23114.
