Amelia County Public Schools (ACPS) is seeking proposals from a qualified Custodial Service Management Company (CSMC) to perform custodial services for three (3) schools, one (1) administrative office building, and one (1) bus garage, for a total of five facilities. These facilities have a combined total of 276,633 cleanable square feet. The CSMC will support the activities of 1650 students. It is anticipated that current SSC Service Solutions employees assigned to Amelia County public Schools will be transitioned to vendor payroll.
