Honda Pioneer UTV - Term Contract

Background
The Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified suppliers to provide unused Honda Pioneer 520 UTVs with various add-ons specified herein for a 'turn-key' vehicle for delivery statewide.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that DCR has access to reliable and efficient utility vehicles to support its operations across Virginia.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of new, unused Honda Pioneer 520 UTVs, which must include all standard equipment as advertised by the manufacturer along with additional specified equipment.
The equipment must be a current production model that has been in production and used by customers for at least five years.
The contractor must provide warranty parts and services for all vehicles purchased under this contract.
Delivery of the UTVs must occur no later than 180 days from the date of the purchase order, and each unit must be fully assembled and ready to operate upon delivery.

The technical specifications include:
- Engine: 518cc liquid cooled single cylinder 4-stroke, electronic fuel injection, automatic clutch.
- Drive Train: 5-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifting, 2WD & 4WD modes.
- Dimensions: 105 inches long, 50 inches wide, 71.2 inches high, with a bed capacity of 450 lbs and towing capacity of 1000 lbs.

Period of Performance
The initial period of performance for this contract is one year from the date of contract award, with an option to renew for four successive one-year periods.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be statewide to locations specified on the purchase order.
