Hampden Walk-In Freezer Trainer Virginia Highland Community College

Background
The Virginia Community College Shared Services Center (SSC) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver one Hampden™ Model H-CRT-8-66.
The goal of this contract is to provide a specialized training unit for Virginia Highlands Community College, enhancing their educational capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish and deliver one Hampden™ Model H-CRT-8-66 to the Virginia Highlands Community College, located at OTC Building-Shipping and Receiving Dept., 160 Opportunity Lane, Abingdon, Virginia 24210.
The bid must include a firm unit price that covers transport and delivery to the specified site. Bidders must provide a detailed quote with their bid response.
Delivery is expected to be completed by October 31, 2025, during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
The contractor will also be responsible for off-loading the unit in neat stockpiles unless otherwise directed. A standard manufacturer warranty is required.

Period of Performance
The contract period extends until the delivery of the unit is completed by October 31, 2025.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set-aside for DSBSD-certified micro businesses or small businesses. Bidders must be certified as such by DSBSD on the due date for receipt of bids.
