Grounds Maintenance For Convenience Centers

Pre-Bid Conference (Non-Mandatory): A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 8th, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. The conference will be held at: The Southern Area Convenience Center (6700 Landfill Drive Chester, VA 23831) and if necessary, we will go to the Northern Area Convenience Center (3200 Warbro Road Midlothian, VA 23112) immediately after. Attendance is encouraged; however, it is not mandatory in order for your bid to be considered for award. Chesterfield County is not currently accepting electronic submissions of this solicitation type. IFB Documents can be downloaded and submitted in accordance with the submission and receipt of bids section of this solicitation. Electronic submissions for this solicitation will not be considered.
