Graphic Design Service for Arlington Transit

Background
Arlington County is seeking electronic quotes for graphic design services for Arlington Transit (ART), which operates as the local bus service within Arlington County, Virginia. ART supplements Metrobus with cross-County routes and neighborhood connections to Metrorail. The goal of this contract is to enhance the visual communication of ART services through various graphic design projects.

Work Details
The selected Supplier will provide a minimum of 350 hours of graphic design work per year for two years, with potential increases based on County needs and funding. Services include:

- Designing and updating ART Bus schedule brochures (4 times a year, up to 4 routes at a time)
- Designing and updating bus stop signage (4 times a year, up to 4 routes at a time)
- Creating printer-friendly PDFs for bus schedules (4 times a year, up to 4 routes at a time)
- Designing interior bus signs (6 times a year)
- Designing promotional signage for bus stops (4 times a year)
- Creating brochures to promote ART services (2 times a year)
- Designing bus stop relocation signs (8 times a year)
- Designing Metro station ads (1 time a year)
- Creating postcards for outreach (2 times a year)
- Updating existing brochures (3 times a year)
- Designing online and print ads (4 times a year)
- Creating specialty items like t-shirts and buttons (2 times a year)
- Designing flyers to promote ART services (8 times a year)
- Other transit-related marketing materials as needed, including 3D graphics/renderings and interpreting data into charts/graphs.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over two years, starting from the award date.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed offsite, with communication conducted via phone or email regarding project needs.
