Goose Creek RWPS MV MCC

Background
The Loudoun County Sanitation Authority, also known as Loudoun Water, is issuing this Invitation for Bid for the Goose Creek RWPS MV MCC project. The procurement process and contract performance will adhere to the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). The goal of this contract is to engage qualified contractors for the successful completion of the project.

Work Details
Contractors are required to submit sealed bids for the Goose Creek RWPS MV MCC project. The work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies, fees, permits, taxes, insurance, profit, and overhead to complete the project as per the bid documents.

Bidders must provide a lump sum bid price that encompasses all costs associated with the work. Additionally, bidders must submit a photocopy of their Virginia Contractor's License, a Bid Form that matches pricing entered in IonWave, a Bid Bond or certified check amounting to 5% of the bid price, and descriptions of at least three successful projects similar in scope performed within the last five years.
