Background
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with one or more qualified vendors to provide live video production services through multiple mobile cameras for web streaming for George Mason University. George Mason University (herein after referred to as “Mason,” or “University”) is a public institution of higher education and agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Work Details
GMU-TV/Mason is seeking a contractor able to provide Multi-Camera Mobile Live Video Production Services with the expertise in producing large scale live events. The Contractor shall provide Multi-Camera Mobile Live Video Production services for Mason Commencement Ceremonies and other high profile, large events for the University. The contractor should be able to meet specific technical/service requirements and personnel requirements as detailed in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is one (1) year from Effective Date of contract with four (4) successive one-year renewal options (or as negotiated).
